Inner Strength Training
Q & A with Tyler Ryan this Saturday
Join us this Saturday for a Free, live online Q&A session focused specifically on Inner Strength Training.
We’ll explore the principles behind the practice: using your own body’s resistance to build strength, increase awareness, improve mobility, and create greater balance between all sides of the body.
We’ll talk about how Inner Strength Training works, why opposing muscle groups matter, how greater engagement can lead to both more strength and more relaxation, and how the practice can support flexibility, coordination, recovery, and overall well-being.
This is also a chance to ask questions directly about the philosophy behind the training, its principles, and how to adapt the practice to your own body, ability, and experience.
Whether you’ve already taken a class or are simply curious about how you can benefit from Inner Strength Training is, you’re welcome to join us.
Free this Saturday: 9:00 am PT / 12:00 noon ET / 17:00 BST
Bring your questions, your curiosity, and your body that wants to be strong.

Next Class: 2nd Dimension - Tuesday October 13th @ 5:00 pm PT
The 2nd Dimension: Off-Center Movement
The 2nd Dimension expands our awareness beyond Center, exploring how we shift, reach, lean, twist, bend, and balance while maintaining connection to our foundation.
We explore weight shifting, asymmetrical positions, one-sided movements, and changing relationships between the left and right sides of the body. Through lunges, reaches, single-leg balance, arches, curves, and rotations, we discover greater ranges of strength and mobility.
We deepen our use of opposing resistance, learning to create different amounts of engagement throughout the body while moving in multiple directions and planes.
The primary question becomes:
How can I move away from Center without losing my connection to it?
The 2nd Dimension develops balance, coordination, mobility, stability, and greater freedom of movement.
Find your Center.
Move Beyond it.
Maintain Connection.
Return with Awareness.
Inner Strength Training is a dynamic mind-body practice led by Tyler Ryan, who is my apprentice. This practice uses opposing forces within the body: pressing and pulling the left and right sides against one another, engaging contrary muscle groups, and creating intentional resistance through movement to awaken greater strength, awareness, and vitality from within. All ages, and abilities are welcome. If you have a body, you can benefit from this class. Building Strength, Increasing Flexibility, Decreasing Pain, and Allowing more Energy into your Life.
Just $19 per class. Recordings available with registration.
